Frequently asked questions
The backend is the part of a piece of software you don’t see. It stores data, applies rules and exchanges information with other programs. The website or app displays the content, the backend works in the background.
Usually yes. The prerequisite is that the program can be accessed via an interface or a data export. We check in advance what is possible with your programs.
Then we look for another way, for example regular file exports or, if it makes sense, switching to a program with an interface. We tell you openly what is worth it for you.
Not automatically. We often extend or connect what you already have. Replacement is only an option if connecting or extending doesn’t make sense.
We look at your data, such as Excel files, databases or exports, clean it up together with you if needed and transfer it into the new solution. Afterwards we check that everything has arrived correctly.
We clarify that before the start: the solution can run with us, with a provider of your choice or in your own environment. You can optionally agree maintenance and support with us. We record the responsibilities.
